100% of donations go directly to the dogs of S.A.F.E. Sanctuary. This group is 100% volunteer with no paid employees or dedicated facility. Each dog lives as a member of their foster family until a forever home can be found. Donations and adoption fees are used to directly cover the costs of altering, vaccinating, heartworm testing, worming, and feeding each dog. Some dogs also receive dental care and other specialized medical care such as heart worm treatment, eye care, and more as needed. Without the generous donations we could not save these and many other deserving dogs. With your support S.A.F.E. Sanctuary rescued and placed over 430 animals in 2008!

is a group of local people who have banded together
to Save Animals From Euthanasia. Our goal is to find
good forever homes for homeless pets. We are a
foster based rescue so we can only take in animals
as room is available. We work with animals on
behavior issues when ever possible. S.A.F.E. is a
no-kill group, meaning no adoptable dog is
euthaniz
SAFE Sanctuary has
been a active group since March of 2004 and in that
short time we have rehomed over 1800 lov S.A.F.E. Sanctuary tries to accept owner surrenders as we have openings for them. Please remember that we cannot take dogs with a history of aggression or a bite history. We often have a wait for openings in foster homes, and can refer to other groups, as well as options for keeping dogs in their original homes. Due to the lack of foster homes and the overwhelming number of owner surrenders, we do not take cats at this time |
